DESCRIPTION:27th Annual Fall Festival\n\nSaturday\, November 9\, 2019\n\n \n\n     The 2018 Thibodeauxville Fall Festival was another record breaking year for us\, thanks to you - community members and loyal vendors!  As we begin the early stages of festival planning we are hopeful for another successful year.  We invite you to join us for tons of music\, food and funt in Historic Downtown Thibodaux.  Admission is free!  \n\n\n\nInterested Vendors:\n\nCraft Vendors   Our focus is on handcrafted items\, original items\, art\, books\, antiques and collectibles.  It is preferred that mass produced items be modified by the vendor as part of your creative work.  Please list all items being sold on your application.\n\n \n\nFood Vendors   Be the first to sign up to showcase your best three (3) food dishes.  Our committee works hard to make sure there are NO duplications of any of the main food items.  Once again\, you may include a side item such as French fries or tator tots along with your 3 main dishes.  Only items that are approved on your application will be accepted. The Thibodeauxville committee will inspect each food booth to ensure compliance.  A fire extinguisher is required for all food vendors.\n\n \n\nAdditional information along with booth number and set-up times will be distributed closer to the festival.\n\n \n\nFor your convenience\, you may submit your completed application to us via email to sarah@thibodauxchamber.com or mail it to the address listed below.  With regards to payment\, you can either mail a check or pay with a credit card.  If you choose the credit card option\, simply fill out the bottom section of the application with your credit card information and we will handle it for you.  You can also call the office at 985-446-1187 to take your credit card information over the phone.
